Why it matters
7 days to respond
If you don't return the marked-up condition report within 7 days, you're taken to accept the landlord's version.
14 days to reply
When someone applies to release the bond, the others usually have 14 days to agree or dispute it.
10 days for evidence
If it goes to the Commissioner, everyone has 10 days to send evidence. Dated photos from the start of the tenancy help.
How it works
Step 1
Move in
Walk room by room with the in-app camera. Every photo gets a time and a fingerprint, and optional AI drafts a description you check.
Step 2
Return your PCR on time
Tell BondLoop when you got the agent's condition report. It counts down the 7 days and builds your comments with photos.
Step 3
Move out
Your move-in photo shows as a faint overlay so you can match the angle. See every before and after side by side.
Step 4
If there's a claim
Match each claim to your photos, PCR lines and receipts. Export a pack laid out for the Commissioner's 10-day window.

Verified capture
Photos come only from the in-app camera. Each one is fingerprinted on your phone and again on our servers.
Locked records
Once you finish a walk-through it's locked. Later notes are added as dated addenda, never edits.
Anyone can check
Every report has a code and QR. Agents and the Commissioner's staff can verify it against our record.
Your data stays in Australia
