Questions

Is it a subscription?

No. Each option is a one-off purchase for one tenancy.

Do I need AI to use BondLoop?

No. The move-in walk-through, dated photos, fingerprints and your Move-in Report are free. Without AI you write each description yourself.

Does the Move-out Pack include AI?

Yes. AI before-and-after comparison is included in the Move-out Pack at the same price, whether or not you use it.

What's the previous tenant's record?

If the last BondLoop user at your address chose to share it when they moved out, Move-in Plus shows their final walk-through: dated photos and item statuses, with no names or contact details. Not every address will have one.

What if I start at move-out?

You can still do a move-out walk-through and build an evidence pack, but you won't have dated move-in photos to compare against.

Does BondLoop guarantee I get my bond back?

No. BondLoop helps you keep dated, organised evidence. Decisions are made by the parties or the Commissioner.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, and their refund policies apply. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Who can see my photos?

Only you, unless you create a share link, or choose at move-out to share your final walk-through with the next tenant at your address. Share links expire after 30 days by default and you can revoke them at any time.
