For property managers

A tenant has shared a BondLoop report with you. Here's what it is and how to check it.

What you're looking at

The tenant photographed each room with the BondLoop in-app camera. Each photo has its capture time and a SHA-256 fingerprint. The report follows the WA Form 1 item names so it lines up with your PCR.

Why it helps both sides

  • Disagreements at the PCR stage arrive with a photo and time for each item, not just a note.
  • At the end, move-in and move-out photos sit side by side, which makes claims quicker to settle.
  • Neutral descriptions only: BondLoop never says who caused anything.

Checking a report

Open the share link to see the report and each photo with its time and fingerprint. Use "Verify this report" to re-check the files against BondLoop's record, or enter the report code at bondloop.com.au/verify.

Share links are read-only, expire after 30 days by default, and the tenant can see when they were opened.
